 For MenACWY vaccine:
  - you'll need to be over 14 and under 25 to be eligible for the vaccine through the NHS;
  - if you previously had the vaccine, you can't have the booster through the NHS;
  - if you don't meet the criteria above, please provide us with vaccination book;

For ROUTINE appointments:
The practice is open from 8:00 – 18:30 Monday to Friday for routine enquiries and to book appointments.
You can contact us online, by phone, or in person during these hours.
Our clinical consulting hours are 9.00-18.00.

For URGENT appointments:
Please contact us by phone or in person between 8.00 and 10.00. Do NOT use the online consultation form for urgent requests. 
If you have an urgent problem between 18.00 – 08.00 contact 111.
